How We Achieve These Goals

Legislation & Executive Action: Pass targeted bills for tax credits, housing protections, and energy jobs. Use existing authorities for trade and borders.
State Leadership: Pilot family tax credits, buyer bans, and youth programs in supportive states, then scale nationally.
Funding: Revenue from reshoring tariffs, ending corporate loopholes, and cutting waste — directed to American families first.
Partnerships: Businesses get incentives for apprenticeships and family leave; communities run youth service.
Accountability: Measure success by real metrics — lower family costs, higher birth rates, rising wages, and stronger communities.
